Some central connections, especially the look at physical processes (norepinephrine, adrenaline, cortisol), were new to me, even though I have already read several books. Thank you for the expressive overviews on the flip charts and your explanations on them. That actually opened up a new, better approach for me (so the aha kick :-)). I feel I can now see not only myself, but also my children from a new perspective. That is very relieving - alongside the "permission" to be allowed to be this way.... Very positive: Thanks to your appreciative manner, everyone felt well looked after, I thought.

Hello Sandra, Thank you very much for the seminar. After the course, I went into a supermarket. A man came towards me with a serious face and a deep frown line. I smiled at him and followed him with my eyes. As he got closer and walked past me, making eye contact, he smiled too! He even managed to greet me with "Hello." I was so surprised by that that I walked on beaming. But I didn't turn around again out of sheer joy of success. Hehe, how quickly that happens. Best regards
