Hello Sandra, Thank you very much for the seminar. After the course, I went into a supermarket. A man came towards me with a serious face and a deep frown line. I smiled at him and followed him with my eyes. As he got closer and walked past me, making eye contact, he smiled too! He even managed to greet me with "Hello." I was so surprised by that that I walked on beaming. But I didn't turn around again out of sheer joy of success. Hehe, how quickly that happens. Best regards
